Infrastructure. Globat hosts it's customers an a fully redundant, custom-designed network infrastructure of brand-name equipment such as Foundry, Cisco, Network Appliance, VA Linux and Sun. We are currently organizing our hostings accounts on 1.2 TerraByte of redundant diskspace with nightly tape backups.
We own every piece of our equipment and do not resell somebody elses service. We connect directly into a global communications network unlike any other ever built - effectively making it the most advanced communications platform in the world.
It is the first network to be completely optimized for advanced IP (Internet Protocol) technology and the first to be fully and continuously upgradeable - enabling Globat to continue to deploy new, superior technology as it is developed.

Uplink. Globat is directly connected into the Level 3 network. Level 3 has essentially completed construction of its global IP network. In North America, the company has a 16,000 mile intercity network, 27 metropolitan networks and offers Internet infrastructure services in 56 markets.
In Europe, Level 3 has completed approximately 3,600 miles of its planned 4,750 mile pan-European network, nine metropolitan networks and offers services in nine markets. The company also offers services in two markets in Asia and has transatlantic, transpacific and Asian undersea cable capacity completed or under development. These international direct connections make the Level3 network one of the fastest and most reliable data connection worldwide.

Ben R. Neumann
Founder, CEO & President.
Ben R. Neumann serves as Chief Executive Officer & President of Globat, LLC. In this capacity he oversees all strategic and operational decisions and drives the company financial and administrative strategy. Before he founded Globat Mr. Neumann was the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of eBusiness solutions provider iBoost Technology, Inc. He was also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Internet Communications (icom.com, a leading low-cost web hosting business). Interliant, Inc. (NASDAQ: INIT), formerly known as Sage Networks, Inc., acquired Icom in 1998. Mr. Neumann is a marketing and business delegation expert, specializing in Internet, advanced media and technology. Before moving to the United States in 1994 to play an important part in the growth of the Internet, he operated and later sold a successful financial agency in Germany. While in Germany he attended a specialized higher school of business and administration and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Mr. Neumann is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in successfully creating and operating prosperous business entities who has been nominated for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur Of The Year" award in 2000, 2001 and 2002.

Christopher L. Ueland
Chief Technology Officer.
Chris Ueland, a New York native, is responsible for Globat's strategic positioning and business development. Before joining Globat, Mr. Ueland co-founded iBoost Technology, Inc. a leading ebusiness solution provider where he also served as Chief Creative Officer from 1999 until 2001. Prior to iBoost he held the position of Chief Development Officer at Monolith Innovations Group, Inc., an Internet company that provided free domain name services to users on the Internet. Monolith was rated as high as the sixty-second largest presence on the Internet. Mr. Ueland was involved in application development and responsible for advertising sales. Additionally, he served as a technical consultant to several different brand-name Internet companies, including Interliant, Inc, Internet Communications, World Market Watch, Inc. and WebYes, Inc.
